Shipping and Delivery

Covid-19 Update:

 

To ensure safe social distancing practices among our team, we are currently experiencing some minor delays in our lead times. 

 

We are working with our delivery partners, DHL, to get your shipment to you as quickly and safely as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

 

When will my order be dispatched?

All of our art pieces are made-to-order by hand. We aim to dispatch your shipment 3-5 working days after you place your order. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Estimated shipping times will be calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and shipping service selected. 

 

How much will delivery cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK & Ireland. If you are placing an order internationally, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

Will I be charged import duties/local taxes?

If your order is shipped outside of the UK, you may be required to pay additional local taxes or duties. If such charges apply, you will be notified by DHL’s On Demand Delivery service and can pay online by following the instructions provided. 

 

 

 

 

To receive your artwork as soon as possible, we recommend choosing Express delivery by DHL. 

 

When you select DHL Express delivery, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery Service.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification from DHL via email and/or SMS with an update on your shipment’s status and estimated delivery time. 

 

If your package is due to arrive at a time that doesn’t suit, you can customise your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best. 

 

  • Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family
  • Deliver my package at a safe place: authorise shipment release to appointed safe place
  • Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard specified
  • Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection
  • Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days 
  • Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery

 

How do I cancel my order?

You can amend or cancel an order before it’s been dispatched and within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to hello@inspiredartdirect.com with ‘Cancel my order’ and your order reference number in the subject line.
