When will my artwork be despatched?
At Inspired Art, we hand make all of our pieces to order in our workshop. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to create your bespoke order for despatch. You will receive a notification as soon as we have shipped your order.
Please note: Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing slightly extended lead times to allow for social distancing in our workshop. We are working as quickly and safely as possible to get your artwork dispatched.
What are delivery costs?
All orders placed in Ireland and the UK qualify for free shipping. For international orders, please visit our shipping information page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Inspired Art prints are available for international delivery. Please see our shipping page for more information.
Can I change my delivery date?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification from DHL via email and/or SMS with an update on your shipment’s estimated delivery time.
If your package is due to arrive at a time that doesn’t suit, you can customise your delivery via DHL On Demand Delivery and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.
How can I pay for my order?
You can make payment by debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Klarna. Klarna lets you spread the cost of your order across 3 payments, with the first payment taken on the date of your purchase. Find out more about Klarna here.
Do you sell framed and unframed prints?
We offer both framed and unframed prints which are available in a range of sizes, to suit your needs. We recommend selecting a framed print to protect and preserve your new artwork for years to come.

Can I return my order if something isn't right?
We are committed to delivering a product that we hope you’ll love. If for whatever reason you change your mind or aren’t satisfied, you have 28 days from date of purchase to return your order for a full refund or replacement. Please see our returns policy here.
